Our Transports department team defines and implements a tailor-made communication plan to promote the airline in French media, influencers and on social media.
Atlantic Airways, the Faroe Islands airline
Founded on March 28th, 1988, at Vágar Airport, Atlantic Airways has been the Faroe Islands National Carrier ever since. The Faroe Islands is a self-governing archipelago in the North Atlantic Ocean between Iceland and Norway belonging to the Kingdom of Denmark. The airline launched the direct route between Paris-CDG and Vágar in July 2019, then resumed its services with 3 weekly direct flights on May 3rd, 2023. Atlantic Airways also provides regular services between the Faroe Islands and various cities in Denmark and neighboring countries (such as Scotland, Iceland, and Norway) all year round. Today, it operates one of the youngest fleets in Europe with 3 A320s, including 2 A320neo aircraft joining the fleet in 2019 and 2020, and 2 Leonardo AW139 helicopters.
